• We accept payment via payment processors enabled via Squarespace, including but not limited to Stripe and PayPal.

• Payment must be received before items are made and shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on each product page.

• Shipping times vary by location. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days at lewis@ailoveyou.uk with photos.

• We’ll replace or refund eligible items at our discretion.
