Delivery Time | Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days.
Shipping Cost | Free for all UK print orders. For larger or specialist physical goods introduced in future, any product-specific shipping terms will be shown clearly on the product page.

Personalised Items | Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in resaleable condition. Due to their custom nature, we accept replacement item(s) if an item arrives damaged or we’ve made a mistake.
Damaged or Incorrect Items | If something isn’t right, please contact lewis@ailoveyou.uk within 14 days of delivery, ideally with photos. We’ll put it right with either a replacement item or a refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Personalised Items | These can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
