Personalised Items | Due to their custom nature, we accept replacement item(s) if an item arrives damaged or we’ve made a mistake.
Damaged or Incorrect Items | If something isn’t right, please contact lewis@ailoveyou.uk within 14 days of delivery, ideally with photos. We’ll put it right with either a replacement item or a refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Personalised Items | These can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
