FAQs.

1. Where are your products made?

All of our products are designed and produced in the UK. Our current range focuses on art prints, alongside a growing selection of small-batch designed goods, combining AI-assisted design, digital production, and carefully finished physical craftsmanship.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most personalised items are made to order and dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK shipping usually takes 1–3 days after that. Need something urgently? Email lewis@ailoveyou.uk and we’ll do our best to help.

3. Do you accept returns?

For non-personalised items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return. Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or we have made an error. If something is not right, we will always work quickly to put it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4. Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

If you spot a mistake or need to update personalisation details, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may already have started making your item.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. UK shipping is free on art prints, with international shipping starting from GBP 5.99 (exact rates shown at checkout depending on product and destination). If you have questions about fees or delivery times to your location, email lewis@ailoveyou.uk.

6. What materials do you use?

We currently use Epson professional papers for our art prints, including Epson Archival Matte, Epson Premium Glossy, and Epson Premium Semigloss. For physical goods, we use carefully selected materials suited to each product, with a focus on quality, durability, and responsible sourcing where possible.

7. Can I request a custom design?

Yes, we love bespoke projects. Share your idea via our Contact page or lewis@ailoveyou.uk and we’ll get back to you within 1–2 working days.

8. What inks and papers do you use for your fine art prints?

Our art prints are produced using Epson Claria pigment and dye-based inks, with colour-managed workflows for accurate, consistent results. We currently utilise:

  • Epson Archival Matte | smooth, fine-art surface with a soft texture and natural depth.

  • Epson Premium Semigloss | subtle sheen with deep blacks and crisp detail.

  • Epson Premium Glossy | vivid contrast and a modern, high-gloss finish.

(If a specific paper is available for a particular artwork, it’ll be listed on the product page.)

9. How long will the prints last?

When displayed and stored correctly, our prints are made to last.

  • Archival Matte | Display life ≈ 150–180 years behind UV-filtered glass; 200+ years in archival storage.

  • Premium Semigloss / Premium Glossy | Display life ≈ 160 years behind UV-filtered glass; 200+ years in archival storage.

These figures are based on Wilhelm Imaging Research (2025) testing of Epson Claria pigment and dye-based inks on the corresponding Epson papers. Real-world longevity depends on conditions (light exposure, humidity, framing, etc.). For best results, frame behind UV-filtering glazing and avoid direct sunlight.

10. How are items packaged?

We pack with care to ensure your artwork and gifts arrive in perfect condition.

  • A3+ to A5 prints | shipped flat in rigid, protective mailers with corner reinforcement and interleaving to prevent scuffing.

  • Larger items | Rigid parcel boxes.

  • Protection | acid-free interleaving/tissue and a resealable sleeve.

  • Sustainability | we prioritise recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.

If your order includes multiple items, we’ll consolidate packaging while keeping everything safely protected.

11. Do prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Limited editions include a signed & numbered Certificate of Authenticity as standard (see the product page for edition details).

12. How should I care for my print?

Handle with clean, dry hands; avoid touching the printed surface. Frame behind UV-filtering glass or acrylic, keep away from direct sunlight and high humidity, and use acid-free mounts and backings.
